Capacity for this venue is based on feedback from the venue manager and local wedding planners. Below numbers are for the Mezzanine, the most popular event space.

OUTDOORS
Outdoor Tenting
All outdoor spaces are covered patios. No additional tenting needed
Heating + Cooling
No additional heating or cooling is needed. All spaces are temperature controled.
Sound + Lighting
Couples encouraged to use in-house AV and lighting company. Approximately $1,500 is an average spend, which includes ceremony sound and minimal elegant lighting throughout.
UTILITIES
Additional Power
The hotel can handle the power-drop for you as part of the master bill. Anticipate approximately $450 for a band power-drop. If you hire a DJ, a power drop is not necessary.
Stage + Dance floor
The hotel provides a basic stage and parkay wooden dance floor as part of your venue use fee. On the mezzanine level, most couples choose to dance on the marble floor.
Restroom Facilities
Restrooms are provided on both floors of the hotel, easily accommodating your guest count. The charming mens and women’s restrooms include ample vanity space, and are tidied throughout the evening.
TRAVEL
Bussing
It's not common to bus guests to The Driskill.
The Driskill hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Austin.
Valet
The host is not required to cover valet, but it is an elegant option.
Day valet is $30/car and overnight valet is $55/car.
Parking
Garage and street parking is available offsite, but most guests will select valet as they arrive for the wedding.
