Introducing Prospect House
Prospect House is a modern, minimalist venue located just minutes outside of Austin. This popular wedding destination was designed by award-winning architects to be a simple, dramatic space connected to nature through light, shadow, and breeze.
An alternative to the well-known Texas barn aesthetic, Prospect House is modern but still very Hill-country. Natural light fills the space and the white walls act as a canvas to a wide variety of wedding styles.

Venue Use Fees
$4,000 to $8,950
The fee fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week.
Peak Season Saturday rate is $8,200.
FEE INCLUDES
- Full day venue access extending until midnight
- 2 private changing rooms
- Tables and chairs for up to 220 guests
- Lighting and audio system
- Access for portrait sessions
- Access for ceremony rehearsal

OUTDOORS
Outdoor Tenting
Tenting for rain is no concern for couples getting married at Prospect House. Designed by award-winning architects, the breeze way is ideal for hosting a covered ceremony. It features a convenient focal point, main aisle access from the dressing rooms and multiple exit points for the guests to transition to the reception.
Heating + Cooling
Central AC and Heat is provided throughout the main hall. While the breezeway does offer air-flow in the warmer months, it does not come equipped with heaters. Should you plan to utilize the breezeway in winter months, nearby rental companies are happy to supply you with propane or electric heaters!

Sound + Lighting
Prospect House provides all the lighting you need throughout the main hall, breezeway and courtyard. It’s common to task your band or DJ with providing ceremony sound.

Prospect House is just outside Dripping Springs, Texas. Bussing is common, but not necessary.
