Venue Use Fees

$2,250-$7,250

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $7,250

FEE INCLUDES

- $1,000 Refundable Deposit
- Space rental
- Venue cleaning
- Community room for vendors, storage or getting dressed
- 1 hour portrait session at Laguna Gloria or Jones Center
- Chairs and cocktail tables for 150 guests
- 1 hour rehearsal

There is an additional fee of $700 to $1,100 for events over 100 guests, and an additional $200 cleaning fee. We included these fees in the Wedding SCOUT budget calculator.

Food + Beverage

Below numbers based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers. You are required to choose from the venue’s list of approved caterers.

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.
The venue provides all the chairs and cocktail tables needed for a 150 person wedding. The rentals you need to bring in are tables, linens, napkins, china, glassware and flatware.

- 100 guests = $1,600
- 150 guests = $2,160

TRAVEL

Bussing

It’s not common to bus wedding guests to this venue, as it’s located downtown! The only reason someone may bus guests is if the ceremony is offsite.

- $2,400 for 100 Guests
- $3,600 for 150 Guests

Valet

You are not required to offer valet, but it is an elegant option.

- $900 for 100 Guests (25 cars)
- $1,600 for 150 Guests (50 cars)
- $2,100 for 200 Guests (75 cars)
- $2,700 for 250 Guests (100 cars)

Parking

The venue will reserve 6 permitted parking spots from the city for a fee of $237. This is important for vendors who require convenient load-in and parking such as your caterer, florist, and band. This fee is included in the Wedding SCOUT budget calculator.

Paid parking is available in garages downtown around the venue. There is also unlimited paid street parking.
