Introducing The Eleanor
The Eleanor is an elegant venue with a classic touch located in the warehouse district of Downtown Austin. It has an upscale industrial ambiance that includes Chicago brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and stunning chandeliers. The main features of the space are its open floor plan with three distinct rooms - which all can be customized for a variety of event sizes and styles, as well as it’s two full bars with an expansive selection of beer, wine, & spirits.
Situated next door to its kindred cocktail bar, The Roosevelt Room, you can rent these spaces together, or separately, making The Eleanor ideal for any size of social event.
SERVICE
The venue use fee varies based on time of year and day of the week. You can opt to rent the Mezzanine level only, or both the Mezzanine and downstairs. Contact the venue here for more pricing details.
All of the framework for a ‘mix-and-mingle’ style of event are included, such as custom high-top pub tables with bar stools, luxurious leather chesterfield couches, and much more. If you are hosting a more formal event or sit-down meal, your event coordinator at The Eleanor will bring in tables and chairs, linens, flatware, and plates for an additional fee.
The experienced staff can also help you coordinate additional vendors such as decor, lighting, photographers & photo booths, and musical talent. They can assist with valet services and offer in-house floral arrangements to streamline your planning process.
Whether you prefer classic cocktails or custom craft mixes, their drink menu and expansive spirits selection has it all. The Eleanor also offers a carefully curated selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic cocktails to cater to every guest's preferences.
To complete the turn-key experience, The Eleanor utilizes their executive chef to create an epicurean in-house catering menu tailored perfectly to your gathering. Whether you're planning an intimate seated dinner or a large cocktail-style event, you have tons of flexibility with the food your guests will enjoy that evening.

Depending on the size of your event, you can rent a portion of The Eleanor, the entire space, or rent it in conjunction with its neighboring cocktail bar as two interior doors connect The Eleanor and The Roosevelt Room, so you can customize the square footage so that it’s just right for your event.
OUTDOORS
Everything is indoors! Located within Downtown Austin’s Historic Warehouse district, The Eleanor is located in the middle of it all. Guests are steps away from numerous shopping and sightseeing locations, in addition to many of Austin’s hottest hotels. There is no need for a “Plan B” here, as everything is located within the historical and stylish walls of The Eleanor.
UTILITIES
The Eleanor offers every modern necessity you will need for a turn key event. It comes equipped with a state of the art sound system and a top of the line projection system including multiple projector screens throughout the venue, wireless microphones and speakers. There is plenty of power for a DJ or a Live Band, and there’s access to a removable stage if needed.
The Eleanor is accustomed to hosting large events and comes with ample restroom space. This is important for obvious reasons – we don’t want your guests standing in long lines! Less time in lines means more time to hit the dance floor and celebrate life’s most special moments!
