One of my bridesmaids called and asked to pay the remaining amount of her dress in May. Only because we were in the store and happened to ask in May did we find out that the shipment of the dresses was being delayed because she had "missed her June payment" They claim that they only charged her $25, but her credit card statement reflected that they had charged her $130, which was more than she owed. They claim to have mailed their statment twice with their proof of $25 charge, but we have yet to receive it and they refuse to fax it.
They also orderd the dress for our Junior Bridesmaid in the wrong length and refuse to make any corrections for this.
